What is the shelf life of Santa Maria Novella products?

Most of our skincare and fragrance products have a shelf life of 12 to 36 months after opening. Please refer to the Period After Opening (PAO) symbol on your product packaging for specific guidance.

Are your products tested on animals?

Officina Profumo-Farmaceutica di Santa Maria Novella does not conduct animal testing on its finished products or ingredients, nor do we commission third parties to do so.

What is your return policy for online orders?

We accept returns of unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.
