Officina Profumo-Farmaceutica di Santa Maria Novella accepts returns of unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Due to the artisanal nature of our beauty and fragrance collections, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or tested.

Carefully place the items in their original presentation boxes and use the original shipping carton to ensure the delicate glass and apothecary containers are protected.

Attach the provided prepaid return shipping label to the exterior of your package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are completely covered or removed.
